As a leader, I would encourage all nurses, no matter where they are in their careers, to truly embrace the transformative journey that nursing can be.
Tiffany M. Boyd, MHA, RN, ACM-RNTiffany M. Boyd, MHA, RN, ACM-RN, a senior nurse leader from Cheshire Medical Center, has been named to the "40 Under Forty" list for 2024 by the New Hampshire Union Leader. The annual recognition showcases dedicated young professionals who are difference-makers in their careers and communities.

Staff engagement is her top priority, as this ensures that our nursing team is motivated and dedicated to providing high-quality care to each patient. She encourages our nurses to pursue professional development and growth opportunities, ensuring that teams stay up to date in clinical practice and evidence-based care."
At the heart of Boyd's work is patient satisfaction. In this role, she is engaged in creating a healthcare environment where patients receive the highest quality clinical care but also compassionate and holistic support.
"Tiffany's contributions at Cheshire Medical Center have a direct positive effect on our employees and our patients," said chief nursing officer Anne E. Tyrol, MHA, MSN, RN. "Her commitment to leadership, nursing, and continuous improvement in quality of care is evident in everything she does. She is passionate about the nursing profession and focused on high-quality, compassionate care for all. I am confident she will continue to have a far-reaching and positive impact on Cheshire and the nursing profession."
Boyd has excelled in her educational pursuits; she completed a master of healthcare administration degree from Saint Joseph's College of Maine in 2022, and is pursuing a doctorate in nursing practice degree at Quinnipiac University, with an anticipated graduation date of summer 2024. She is also passionate about mentoring others.
"As a leader, I would encourage all nurses, no matter where they are in their careers, to truly embrace the transformative journey that nursing can be," Boyd said. "In today's dynamic world of healthcare, I have found joy in leading with empathy, fostering resilience, and helping to be part of a community that shapes the future of nursing in which compassionate care guides the path of healing and innovation."
