
Keene, NH—Cheshire Medical Center, a member of Dartmouth Health, is pleased to offer several no-cost or low-cost community education classes this spring.
These courses are designed to help increase public access to wellness education, ultimately helping our community members live healthy, well-balanced lives.

Chair Yoga (no cost) — Gentle form of yoga performed sitting or while using a chair for support
