Hospitals in the region are experiencing high numbers of patients in the emergency departments.
Cheshire Medical Center provides a Medical Screening Exam to all patients. Patients are prioritized and seen based on the urgency of their condition. Anyone with a severe medical condition, such as trauma, stroke, STEMI (heart attack), will be seen immediately.
For less urgent or non-emergency care, there is a longer than usual wait time. All are welcome, and we want to guide you to the best experience for your needs.
