New patients
Please note: Dermatology appointments for new patients are generally made nine months in the future from the date you contact us.
Thank you for choosing our care team for your medical care. If you are a new patient, please ask your primary care provider (PCP) or other provider to forward a referral with all pertinent medical records. If you do not have a PCP or referring doctor, please call our appointment line to talk with our team. Please see our referrals and precertifications page for more information about referrals.
Once we receive your referral, we contact you to schedule your appointment. We may recommend testing before your appointment, which we can help you coordinate. The scheduling secretary will explain your appointments to you in detail.
Returning patients
If you are a returning patient, you may contact your provider through the myDH patient portal and the MyChart app. Use myDH to request an appointment or communicate with your health care team, and more. As a returning patient, you can also call our department's appointment phone numbers.

Parking instructions
Accessible parking is available along Railroad Street. There are designated spots in the Wells Street parking garage across the street from the dermatology office and a few designated spots in the Marriott parking lot on Community Way. There is also metered parking along Railroad Street.
