Your provider may refer you to one of our dietitians for one of the following conditions:

- Food allergies, sensitivities, or autoimmune diseases such as celiac sprue

- Prediabetes or diabetes

As an inpatient
Whatever the reason for your hospital stay, your dietitian ensures healthy and good-tasting food that is right for your medical condition. Dietitians work closely with all members of your health care team—doctors, nurses, pharmacists and others—to provide the right nutrition while you’re here and to advise you on the best diet for when you go home.
